Emerge Staffing was founded by Pillsbury United Communities (PUC) in 1995. Currently, a part of Emerge Community Development, Emerge Staffing creates opportunities that impact social and economic development.
For employers, we recruit, screen and train job candidates to insure that they are a good match with employer needs.
For job seekers, we connect job seekers with appropriate job opportunities. Emerge Staffing offers a back drop of supportive services that include training and transportation to the job.
Recognized for our contribution to the local community, The MOTT Foundation awarded a 2-year grant (2006-7) to Emerge Staffing to broaden our services in building a stable, better prepared workforce.
